Also with the agency that gives Ted his respite and does his supported community living, they run an apartment home for young disabled adults. (I hope that T can get into such a place instead of something more structured.) I know people who work there, and their job is just to be on site. I found out that the residents are allowed to be out whenever they want, and have over company whenever they want, even overnight. I was concerned that dating would be taboo or something like that, that they would be denied freedom.

Nope, the people there are pretty much to make sure no one starts a fire or whatever. You can sleep your whole shift, actually.
